Refund policy
At Herbiflix LLC, we are committed to providing premium supplements and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a strict 30-Day Return Policy.
1. Change of Mind Returns (30 Days)
You have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason, including a change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original, sealed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at support@herbiflix.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refunds Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
